The best way to resolve this is to make sure that it is a scheduled payment not an immediate payment for reversal. Note, if this payment is for a personal beneficiary you will have to contact the other party as you will be only eligible to recall/reverse a debit order not a personal transaction.

Please be advised that currently the feature to reverse debit orders on the Mobile Banking App hasn't been enabled. You will need to visit your nearest branch in order to be assisted with the reversal.
