If the payment was processed successfully, you will be required to fill in a EAP recall form and request for the funds to be reversed.

 

If the account does not exist at the bank you paid in error, the funds will be reversed back into your account within 10 working days.

 

Should you consider reversing your funds, please note the below.

 

NB:
Fee R310
It’s not guaranteed.
Turnaround time is 10 business days.

Kindly forward the form to [email protected] for our team to assist further.

 

The form is attached as well for assistance with reversal of funds.

To have your funds reversed, you will have to request an EFT payment recall. The process can take up to 7-10 working days. You can use the below link to download a recall form. Once filled in, you can email it back to [email protected].

Please can you provide me with the Standard Bank email address a reversal transaction instruction should be sent to. I would like to reverse an incorrect card payment transaction done at Woolworths and need teh adrress the Woolworths accounts dept needs to use to issue the reversal instruction
