Hi im a bit dissapointed. I struggled to load scheduled payments and i wasnt aware that 1 of the payments i loaded was successful. Never the less the payment went through only isse was their wasnt enough funds at the time. I wasnt even informed that the payment was trying to go through. I even checked my balance after the other scheduled payments went through everything seemed ok. Having deposited money into my account to make a manual eft payment i noticed my balance in the negative as well as the deposit not being cleared and i was charged r60 bucks for not having enough funds!!!! Surely an sms wouldve alerted me to do deposit in tym. So confused with wats going on with my statement
