I've just done an update for the app and am unable to access my accounts. It only send me to the "add new account" screen when I click on any one of my dashboards and I can't get rid of it to do banking!

I have the same issue, standard bank must fix it ASAP and I wonder why they haven't given this attention.

Still not resolved - they'll need to do a new update to fix the bug!

I have exactly the same problem too! I Did an update yesterday, now can't access balances. Still able to do banking though!

Hi

 

Please use the following steps to correct this issue:

 

Step 1: Go to settings on your iOS device

Step 2: Once in Settings select “General”

Step 3: Once in General please select “About”

Step 4: Select “Name”

Step 5: Remove any special characters (anything other than letters) and select done

Step 6: Re-open your App and continue banking if possible

Second time this has happened to me. Tried this fix, but now it just says "We're having trouble trying to access your data..." And then bombs out of the app. Can't get in again.

Rebooted the app about 5 times after renaming my phone and it's now working. Renamed my phone back to the original and the app is now working. Extremely annoying.
