Could I kindly advise that you forward your digital email address registered on the app, ID number and contact detail to [email protected] with the subject line "Technical Error when trying to send Instant Money" so that our app development team can look into this matter and assist you further.

I am constantly getting a technical error message when trying to send instantmoney, with the prompt to “try again later”.  I have done this and it is now some time later.  What is the problem with this service and your poor cell banking service in general??!!
