Please be advised that the feature to send proof of payment for past transactions using the mobile banking app is currently not available. However, you have the option to send proof of payment via the new online banking. For this purpose, you may follow these steps:
Log onto the Online Banking Platform,
Click "transact" at the top of your portal display,
Under the "history" dashboard, click on "proof of payment",
Browse your transactions to select the one that you'd like to send proof of,
Click on "proof of payment" under the amount,
You'll have the option to "download", "print" and "send" the proof of payment, select "send" and input the required details to complete the process.
