Hi Sanet,
The bank does offer the direct (local) payment to all CMA territories and banks via the app.
You will need to do a Cross border payment for other countries and banks that are not listed, provided you are a South African Citizen.
This can be done by selecting the “A recipient outside South Africa” option. This is then deemed as an international payment.
