Good Morning,

 

Please note that you can cancel the voucher on your APP. Kindly select Instant Money, click on the third option titled "manage your account" and the voucher will appear, from there, you can proceed to cancelling it. Please be advised that the pin that you used to create the account will be required, once provided, the voucher will be cancelled and the money will be refunded to you.

Hi,

I tried to get a money voucher today but when I attempted to redeem it the atm consistently said I cannot complete the action and I must try again. The voucher still appears on my mobile app. If I delete it will I get refunded?
