Could I kindly advise that you forward your account details, ID number and contact details to [email protected] with the subject line "EFT made to wrong bank" so that our team can assist with the reversal of funds. Kindly be advised that this can only be done provided that the receiver nhasn't withdrawn the funds.

Hi I did a bank payment from my app on Saturday and I accidentilly chose Absa while it was suppose to be Capitec. It accepted the payment??
