Standard Bank is the worst customer service provider in South Africa. They are too incompetent in the branches to help customers with internet banking or mobile app installation for Standard Bank. I've tried to call the call center twice to get a download authorization key this morning. The second call never get passed the switchboard. I was holding for more than half an hour and eventually lost my R50 airtime. The 5580 and 73325 codes do not work on Windows Phones at all. I have windows 8.1 on my windows phone. Is there anyone on this forum that can assist me in downloading the Standard Bank Mobile app on my WINDOWS PHONE?
