The best way to resolve this is to log-in to your app and go to manage voucher under instant money to delete this voucher. Note, once you delete the voucher you will be requested to enter created pin and the money will be reversed into your account immediately. If the pin was deleted please contact us for further assistance: 0860 123 000.

Dial *120*2345#
Select option 4, it will give you an option to delete voucher.
OR
On app (delete):
You can go into your Instant Money history and then choose that voucher to delete.
However,
We are currently experiencing technical issues with IB & App. Our team is working on resolving the issues as soon as possible.
