I do not understand why I need to go into the branch to update my mobile number? That is ridiculous, just to change my mobile number for my online banking? And now I cannot login because the OTP is still going through to my old number. With my other bank I could do this online in seconds. terrible experience and yet my mobile number is still not updated.
