Hi 

I have made a payment to the certain company with EFT and I just need to send them a prove of payment. I just don't know how to do it.

Hello @gontse

You should be able to share a proof of payment on both our Mobile App and Internet Banking. Note, on our Mobile App you should be able to select to share the proof while you transact not after transacting. The new Internet Banking website allows you to recall or resend proof of payment notices while processing your transaction.

The feature allows you to downloaded or resend via email, fax or SMS. To best action this login to your Internet Banking profile, select "Transact" on your menu bar then "Proof of payment" to send your proof of payment.
