There currently is no way to delete individual tiles. You need to delete the dashboard to “unlink” the card.
We are currently trying to fix this to allow users to delete individual tiles and manage card linking separately from the dashboard. This will be available next year.
The active card must not be the one you want to unlink.
The best way to resolve this will be to follow below steps provided, note select the card that you would like to delete/ unlink:

I did manage to do this. My reply however was more directed to a previous comment, from I think in 2016, which mentioned that Standard Bank is in the process of amending the functionality to allow for the unlinking of specific tiles instead of the entire dashboard. It was just funny that 2 years later there is still no change. Doesn't really speak much towards technological progress and innovation.
The bigger question is whether you are still trying to fix this or wheteher you have given up on it.

I'm having the same issue - somehow my UCount tile is no longer responding. When I try to re-add it, it adds, undesirably, on a different dashboard. However, my cellphone app has no top left menu bar. It only has a menu bar at the bottom.
I think this is a formatting issue on a cellphone. I also do not have this on my phone, but the menu bar does display on my tablet, which has a bigger screen than my phone.
