Thank you for getting in touch.

 
Please follow these steps to reverse the debit order on the banking app.
 
  1. To begin, go to your home screen and select Manage.
  2. Now select Manage debit orders.
  3. Select Reverse a debit order.
  4. Next, select the account from which the money was debited. ...
  5. Now you should see any debit orders that were deducted in the last 40 days and for less than R500.

Well it went off this morning and I want to do a reverse and say can't find debt but it went off

Please help me I stop a debit 2 months ago at the branch and I sign nou it went off my account and I can't do a reverse

Hello @zola9,

 

Please be advised that feature to reverse debit orders making use of the mobile banking app hasn't been enabled. You will need to visit your nearest branch or contact customer care on 0860 123 000 in order to request that the debit order be reversed. Please note that this has to be done within a period of 45 days from the debit order date.
