Hi Charltoadams,

The latest version of the app is no longer available on Windows phone. However you can enjoy the benefits of using the Internet Banking site for all your banking needs.

Regards,

Standard Bank Team

The staff doesn't know anything about the error so its pointless. Std bank is NOT MOVING FORWARD. Pls fix the app for windows store as it gives the same error on win10 mobile store.

Hi Hennie,

This is concerning, please call our Self service Banking Helpdesk on 0860 238 837.

Hi,

that is the whole point. The ONLY Standard Bank app ion the windows store for my Windows 8.1 phone is Standard Bank.....And then after opening for the first time it asks for an authorization code.

There is nothing else. I have always been using it. But since you said there is an update, I removed mine and now it is not available to install anymore.

What is going on here. Somewhere there is a problem. Please sort this out. Your app is not available to install. Please come back with answers. You tell me to search for Standard/Stanic.....Don't you know your own app? You MUST be able to give us an answer.

Hi Hennie,

Please download the latest version of our app. Look for 'Standard/Stanbic Bank' for the latest version.

I also have the issue. The old app is not available anymore, but there seems to be a fake one Standard Bank. Please look into this.

So as Standard Bank is "Moving forward" we with Windows phone are forced to move backward.

No more mobile banking for us.
