GRF bouncing up?

Consensus has been BUY on almost a weekly basis. Some posts in general discussion indicated that support is at 39.70. Notice a bounce back - how far up b4 it hits resistance. Can it go to 45

Resistance seem around 46 but major levels at about 44 to 44,50 so 45 is not impossible. OMO

Is it wise to still be in the big constructions presently? Forecasts not good again on this site today. Got stopped out on BSR yesterday.
