Our new, 100% mobile-friendly community

Hello Community!

 

We're pleased to announce that on 18 August 2016 we went live with our new mobile friendly, responsive community website. You can now interact with other community members from any device, be it a smartphone, a tablet or a desktop computer. The new design also makes it easier to share your knowledge and find answers to your questions.

 

What's changed?

  • the new site is 100% responsive, meaning it is designed to work on any device, no matter what size the screen is
  • we've given the site a fresh new look, making it easier to find what you're looking for and contribute to conversations
  • we've moved the mobile apps discussions and articles under a bigger Everyday banking category
  • the Everyday banking category will now be the home of all general banking support conversations and information
  • discussions and conversations are available under the Talk section on Everyday banking
  • knowledge base articles are under the Learn section.
  • we've brought our blog into the community so that you can comment and share content more easily
  • we've removed video content from the home page so that the site loads faster
  • navigation is more structured so that content is easier to find and use

What stays the same?

  • all your previous conversations and articles are still available on the site, as are all our blog articles
  • the search bar remains the key way to find what you're looking for 
  • your user permissions and roles stay untouched
  • any kudos you've given, comments you've made or replies you've posted remain untouched

With this solid new foundation in place, and with your input, we hope to grow our community into a place where all your banking questions can be answered.
