Kindly confirm if this issue has been reported to the relevant bank. Please be mindful that the ATM number/ID, amount, time, date and location are important to conduct the research on this matter. Alternatively, you can reach out to our team on 0860 123 000 for guidance.

Occasional Visitor
On the 17th june 2023 i withdraw a 1000 cash on a fnb ATM but it declined and when I check my balance and transactions on my Standard Bank app it shows that a R1000 was withdrawn i even downloaded a statement, also on the statement it shows that the cash is withdrawn but its not available on my account or it hasn't returned. Please help i don't understand what's going.
