Hi there,
I purchased electricity of R150 since yesterday around 2pm and have not received the sms/ voucher number, I didn't record the transaction code as I am used to buying from FNB and it always instant so I expected the same experience from Standard bank online app. Please assist. Thanks

Could I kindly advise that you forward your account details, ID number and contact details to [email protected] with the subject line "EFT made to wrong bank" so that our team can assist with the reversal of funds. Kindly be advised that this should be done within 45 days of the transaction date, provided that the receiver hasn't withdrawn the funds.
