Std bank needs to add an option to reverse debits to a certain amount of debits . Calling the bank, every month staying on that call for a minimum of 30 minutes to an hour just to reverse 89 to 99 rands every month is unfair
If other banks apps can reverse debit what is so special about std bank.

As std bank users we at lost you either drive to the bank brunch or your phone bill goes up . Std bank has to add the option for reversal of debits

The best way to resolve this is to contact us here: 0860 123 000 or visit your nearest branch with your ID and bank card for further assistance. Note, you can only change your pin through authentication process for security of your account hence we sending you to the branch/contact centre.
