Credit card not linked to my cellphone app but old...

Hi

I had a credit card with standard bank but it was cancelled as I never used. It is still displaying on my cell phone app and the new credit card I have received a month ago is not reflecting on my cellphon app. How do I get to see my account balance on my new credit card??? Please assist. Thanks, Ana
