I created a voucher this morning using Instant Money. I then tried to redeem the voucher/withdraw the the money and the ATM gave me this message "WE ARE SORRY, WE CANNOT PROCESS YOUR REQUEST DUE TO A TECHNICAL PROBLEM". I got this message from 6 different ATM's and i gave up. I tried to cancel the voucher through cellphone banking, it's taking me through all the steps only to say error when i am done.
