Have received emails to say I can link my offshore account on the app. Nowhere does it tell you how to do this. Somebody from Standard Isle of Man phoned me to say I should delete the app and reload it. Did this THREE times and it did not work. Phoned the help(less) desk and they were unable to help. The guy told me that a a "specialist" would phone me back - still waiting more than 24 hours later
