The same thing happened to me twice especially when i use my Cheque card. I hate this bank with all of my being. I cant wait to finish my loan with them so i can leave it. Its the most stupid ban i ever encountered. And very useless too.

Certain listed beneficiaries have a very specific check on the reference that is entered when paying. E.g. when SARS there is a specific string. Confirm with the company you are paying on what reference must be utilized when paying via internet banking “listed” beneficiary.
