I did a self registration for the ibanking service and I couldn’t access some features so I called Stanbic bank Ghana and the lady claimed she had granted me all the access to every feature. I tried to log back into the app and now it says my data cannot be retrieved. Of course they wouldn’t admit they did something wrong and I now have to wait till Monday whiles I had some urgent transactions to make this weekend. I’m really disappointed in the bank’s service, I’m a new customer and I regret ever opening an account with this bank. Definitely telling everyone I know not to open an account here
