I am at Capitec and there banking app gives me the right to dispute a debit order and have the funds returned to me asap. So why can't Standard bank also have this feature? I started banking with Standard Bank and still do but for all my important business and my salary I opened a Capitec bank account and after going through my bank statement one month ago i came across two debits that I was not aware of and to my surprise I just went into the payments tab, clicked on debit orders and I was given the option to reverse it and the money was back in my account at the same time. Sorry to say but that I service we need in today's day and age.
