Good day Fana There is definately a system problem with the DHA website to make a booking at the Standard Bank Canal Walk branch. I have just spent 3 hours trying to find a time-slot at this branch. My payment for a passport has been processed and I can see timeslots at other branches. No matter the date between the 27th March 2023 and when I stopped at 30 August 2023 am I able to see if there are any available slots. Can I make a booking directly with the branch? If so, kindly provide me with a direct number to the relevant person to make the booking. The alternative problem is that either the booking system has been filled so that the employees dont have to actually work, or someone has paid for all future time-slots in order to fraudulently sell them.
