May you kindly access your bank statement and review the charges you are referring to and then send us a screenshot of the charges, so we can investigate. Please follow the steps below to access your bank statement:
Sign in to Internet Banking at www.standardbank.co.za.
Click on 'Transact' Under the 'History & Documents' section, select 'Statements'
Choose the account you're interested in, and the date of your statement.
