Please advise why you have put a block on my credit card. I am currently in America on vacation and have emailed at least 15 times in the last 2 days with no response. I CANNOT CALL YPUR FRAUD DEPARTMENT BECAUSE IT COST TOO MUCH MONEY. I will not make any payments on this card until someone calls to sort this block out this is absolutely ridiculous. Please can you sort your mobile app out, it doesn't update payments made and purchases, it only gives each outstanding balance with no details, I can't pay my credit card if I can't see what I am paying for. Please fix. Thank you
