Good luck with trying to transfer your UCount points to your OST TFIA. Tried this a few days back and spent about 1 hour being transferred between UCount and OST consultants. Only seems to be possible if the TFIA is linked to your internet banking profile. Someone was going to call me back........
Has anyone actually been successful in getting UCount to include the points on the monthly statement?
I have sent several emails, and have phoned their call centre many times, gone through their excessive, painful security checks over and over to no avail.
The last response from them was "Due to the sensitive nature of your request, we are unable to give you an electronic response. Please provide us with a suitable time when we may contact you".
There is nothing sensitive about asking them to do their jobs! Their internal processes need to be fixed.
They never responded when I provided them with a suitable time.
