When you log onto the app, select ' Transact' on the top right of the screen, then select 'Buy' and follow the instructions to complete transaction.

We paid airtime over to the right number but the wrong network.

Hi Standard bank team.
I bought airtime last night worth R200 buck and I mistakenly chose the wrong service provide but the number was correct. So I did not panic because i am assuming the fund will default because the service provide was incorrect and my funds will be reversed back into my account today but that did not happen.
I do not understand how would cell c claim funds for a number which is not theres.
Please PLease return my money because I am broke.
