How do I buy airtime using cellphone banking?      

You can either dial *120*2345# and select the prepaid recharge option, or to use the Quick Top Up service simply dial *130*2345#

 

Can I purchase airtime for someone else?   

Yes, you have the option to enter the cellphone number that requires the airtime.

 

I've made an incorrect prepaid purchase. Can it be reversed?      

Due to the nature of prepaid services, these transactions cannot be reversed.

My account does not let me buy prepaid on the app or through cellphone banking. It says I have no valid account for purchase and there is absolutely no way to fix it or add such account.This is really frustrating.

Hi Matthewwins, 

 

When you log onto the app, select ' Transact' on the top right of the screen, then select 'Buy' and follow the instructions to complete transaction.

The best way to resolve this is to follow the below steps to amend the changes accordingly.
 
Step by Step guide to amend the dates:
  1. Click on Payments and transfers.
  2. Click on Future dated transactions in the second level menu bar.
  3. Click on view/edit.
  4. Enter One Time password.
  5. Edit details as required.
  6. Click on next.
  7. Click on pay beneficiary.

Hi Standard bank team.

I bought airtime last night worth R200 buck and I mistakenly chose the wrong service provide but the number was correct. So I did not panic because i am assuming the fund will default because the service provide was incorrect and my funds will be reversed back into my account today but that did not happen. 

I do not understand how would cell c claim funds for a number which is not theres.

 

Please PLease return my money because I am broke.
