How safe is cellphone banking?

Information is not stored on your phone and the Cellphone banking system uses encryption to ensure that the session is secure. Even if your phone is stolen, no-one will be able to transact on your phone. You also log on using your card number and a Customer Selected PIN (CSP) that you will have selected. As long as you keep these numbers to yourself, no one else will be able to access your bank accounts. WAP-based cellphone banking sessions are secured by the same 128-bit encryption used for internet banking. Make sure that you log out of cellphone banking when you have finished using it.
