After you register, you will receive an email or SMS alert for every transaction that takes place on your account. Register by calling 0860 123 107 or visit any Standard Bank branch.

 

Step 2 - Trusteer Rapport

Protect your confidential information with the Standard Bank Trusteer Rapport. This free security software is specially designed to protect your PC should you use it for online banking. When you log onto online banking all you need to do to install Trusteer is to click on the ‘Download Now’ pop-up and follow the prompts. With Standard Bank’s Trusteer Rapport you get complete peace of mind when you bank online.

 

Step 3 - Report Fraud

If you suspect that you have been a victim of fraud, please report it to us immediately or within 24 hours so we can investigate fraudulent activities on your account. Here’s how:

  • If you receive a payment notification for a transaction you did not authorize, reply with a 1 via SMS.
  • Call us on 0800 222 050
  • Visit your nearest Standard Bank branch
