Whoop Whoop, cellphone banking has finally arrived!
It’s exciting times everyone! You can now do your banking anytime, anywhere with Cellphone Banking
Cellphone Banking is not only convenient, fast and reliable but it’s also an easier and quicker way to manage your money.
You can access the service through a dial – up session that can easily be accessed via any mobile phone.
What can you do on Cellphone Banking:
• Balance enquiry - you can check how much money you have in your account
• Self-fund transfers - move money between your accounts
• Company payments - make payments to registered companies (Note: these companies will have to be registered on Online Banking)
• Mini-statement- you can view the last five transactions which have taken place on your account.
• Beneficiary payments- send money to friends and family members. (Note: beneficiaries have to be created on Online Banking)
• Mobile top-ups- purchase prepaid airtime
How to get started:
As part of the registration process, an SMS message containing the one-time Cellphone Banking login PIN will be sent to your registered mobile number. Remember this PIN as you will be requested to enter it when logging onto Cellphone Banking for the first time.
• Dial *140*2345# and press the call/ dial button
• Follow the on screen instructions
• Upon logging onto Cellphone Banking for the first time you will be prompted to enter the one-time Cellphone Banking PIN and then create your own Cellpone Banking PIN referred to as a Customer Selected PIN (CSP)

You will NOT be charged a monthly subscription fee and all balance enquiries, mini-statements will also be FREE. So, there you have it. Register at your nearest branch, call our Customer Contact Centre on 081 9286 or self register on Online Banking.
