Over the past few weeks Standard Bank and 94.7 Highveld Stereo have been running a competition to spot the most innovative business of the week.
Lots of entries were sent through to the station, but only one business could be named as the winner.
This week’s Business of the Week win went to MatchVIP, owned and managed by Bonita Erasmus.
What is MatchVIP?
MatchVIP is a personalised dating service that caters for busy professionals who are looking for love. “We make love happen and take all the hard work out of dating,” Erasmus says, “and the company’s process is simple, effective and highly confidential”.

Erasmus said she feels blessed to have opened this kind of business and is happy that it is doing well. “Even in today’s economy MatchVIP is doing exceptionally well. There really is a need for this type of service.”
In future she wants her company to become the most trusted, premier dating service in South Africa, expand nationally and employ more people.
