“The purpose of the new site is to help users find what they’re looking for quickly and effortlessly. It's a reflection of our commitment to offering the most advanced, innovative technology that aligns with the preferences of both consumers and businesses for virtual banking,” said Willis Angira, Communications and Events Manager

He added: “With more people using online banking every day it is important that the site looks fresh and the content is relevant. The new design and layout makes it easier for customers to access information on our site.”

The bank also kicked off it’s official social media platforms during the function. Mr Angira added that the roll out of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube accounts was focused on managing interactions with customers, offering online customer care, and stimulating conversations.

“It’s not just a marketing channel; it’s about deep customer engagement. We intend to use these platforms to enrich our customers with financial information they can use in their day-to-day lives,” he quipped.
