CfC Stanbic Bank has re-launched its website using the latest user-friendly responsive technology to provide its customers with a more visually enhanced offering.
The new platform provides expanded functionality, improved navigation, and delivers to the bank’s clients a consistent banking experience across all devices including computers, tablets and phones.
It is the bank’s latest in a long line of recent technology upgrades which further solidifies CfC Stanbic Bank as one of the industry's leaders in virtual banking.

He added: “With more people using online banking every day it is important that the site looks fresh and the content is relevant. The new design and layout makes it easier for customers to access information on our site.”
The bank also kicked off it’s official social media platforms during the function. Mr Angira added that the roll out of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube accounts was focused on managing interactions with customers, offering online customer care, and stimulating conversations.
“It’s not just a marketing channel; it’s about deep customer engagement. We intend to use these platforms to enrich our customers with financial information they can use in their day-to-day lives,” he quipped.
