Hi, i submitted a claim two weeks ago via the app and received no response of whether its been approved or not.

Hi logged a claim with insurance via telephone, claim approved but still havent received the excess claim in an amount of R2000 since July!. Terrible terrible service. Been following up ever since and still waiting for the claim to pay out. Damages fixed out of my own pocket. Very expensive.
Logged a claim via online, and still waiting for response. tried the personal banker approach, and still no response. Really terrible service!
