As Namibians we tend to view saving as not being a priority, however it is vital to have savings for a “rainy day”. Life is unpredictable and you never know when you might need extra funds for an emergency.

So, as part of our drive to encourage you to save your hard earned cash, we are running a “SAVE & WIN” competition where you could stand a chance to win a trip to Mauritius for you and your partner, or a friend.

The competition will run until the end of September 2013 and is open to Standard Bank Namibia customers only. To qualify, you will need to open a Bonus Plus Savings Account and deposit N$500.00 every month until the end of September. If you are a Private Banking customer you will need to save N$1000.00 every month and if you are a Business Banking customer you will need to deposit N$1500.00 every month.

Remember that you will need to save every month until the campaign ends, meaning that you should leave a credit balance in the account. For example, if you save N$500.00 each month, ending up with a balance of N$2000.00 your name will appear 4 times (after 4 months) in the lucky draw and thus improving your chance of winning. The same applies to all other accounts- Private Banking and Business Banking.

You will then automatically be entered in the monthly draw to stand a chance to win.

The winner will be announced at the end of September 2013!
