Share in Troika Dialog of Russia approved

On 25 September, authorities approved Standard Bank Group’s 33% holding in Troika Dialog, a Russian-based financial services company.

This marks the start of a new era for Standard Bank in Russia. However, the Standard Bank brand will no longer be used in Russia, ZAO Standard Bank will be absorbed into the Troika Dialog group and will operate under the Troika Dialog brand
