Standard Bank South Africa’s new social media campaign for Achiever Banking
Standard Bank Team
Super Contributor

Achiever has been a popular feature in Standard Bank South Africa’s social media space – it’s a place where young South Africans who are just starting out can get relevant banking and financial advice.

A brand spanking new blog
We have recently launched a new and improved blog that features an array of interesting content and introduces an exciting new lifestyle element which sees us assisting youngsters in their quest to live the Achiever lifestyle.

Standard Bank knows that there is more to life than just number crunching and worrying about finances, and the new content includes reviews on trendy and affordable restaurants, the latest movie blockbusters and catchy tunes on the airwaves as well as information on how to look good for less and buying a sexy car on a budget.

The Achiever blog is now home to interesting, informative articles which help the reader identify exactly what they want and how to get it. It’s about budgeting not squandering, about planned purchases not impulse buys.

Achiever and Social Media
In the latest version of Achiever Banking, we have continued to use our existing platforms namely Myles the Butler’s Twitter http://twitter.com/mylesthebutler and Facebook http://www.facebook.com/myles.thebutler profiles. Here is where Myles, Achiever’s amiable personality, offers advice and informs Standard Bank’s clients all about what is new hip and happenings in the land of the Achiever Club.

Please note: This campaign is only applicable to South Africa.
