Raynard brings a wealth of experience with over 22 years competing in the sport and 33 IRONMAN races under his belt, including 4 top 10 finishes at the World Championships in Kona, Hawaii.
The coaching guide will ensure your training is on track and will cover a variety of vital topics including nutrition, hydration, injury prevention, bike/swim/run fit, understanding heart rates and psychological preparation.
