The result? Purple.

Now in its beta phase, Purple is a one-of-a-kind proposition that leverages all of our universal financial services to deliver a solution to entrepreneurs and accountants, in a way that will make a real difference to their businesses.

Khomotso Molabe, Executive & Head: Digital Banking, Moonshots & e-Commerce at Standard Bank Group, says entrepreneurs have a very specific set of business needs: they want to grow their business, and they need flexible financial solutions for themselves and their familiPurple03.jpg-min.jpegKhomotso Molabe, Executive & Head: Digital Banking, Moonshots & e-Commerce at Standard Bank Groupes. They also need a banking partner that will support them through the complexities of running a growing enterprise.

“More than this, behind every successful entrepreneur is a brilliant accountant,” he believes. “These accountants also need a banking partner that will understand the problems they are trying to solve to make the entrepreneurs successful, so that entrepreneurs can focus on growing their business, and worry less about red tape and paperwork.”

Entrepreneurs and accountants are invited to join Purple and co-create a solution that’ll truly meet their needs. The proposition is now taking on early adopters. To be accepted as an early adopter, entrepreneurs must have an accountant – this is the only prerequisite.
