3 month hold on payments

Can someone please assist me, I received an unexpected letter suspending my employment contract two nights ago with my salary for June being withheld as well. I am uncertain when the suspension will be lifted. Is it possible to apply for some sort of immediate relief regarding payments to my credit card, what documents will the bank need, what info will the bank need, etc to assist me?
