I am in Australia and my credit card was blocked due to fraudulent activity. I have also lost all internet access to all my bank accounts so cannot access money.
my new credit card was couriered to me here in Australia.
however, I am unable to activate the pin as my otp is being sent to my South African mobile number which no longer exists. I have been through the credit card division, internet banking decision and general call centre and no-one can help me.
due to COVID I cannot go to South Africa to present myself at a bank.
