Anti-fraud automated calls

I have tried twice now to speak to a human at the anti-fraud department this morning, but "all our agents are busy, please call us back".


Please give me a number for the anti-fraud call centre that doesn't go through the ridiculous automated voice nonsense that mangles my name and takes for ever before it all falls apart with no agents being available again.


This is nowhere near good enough.
