Beyond Embarrassing

I got my SMS to go collect my cedit card from Standard Bank  from my Lenasia Branch but should also take along my I.D and PROOF OF RESIDENCE .

I did so and the lady @ the tellers took my I.D AND PROOF OF RESIDENCE 

After she was done she gave me my Gold Credit Card,my I.D and Proof of Residence back and said everything is done 

Come to a shopping mall where i took some stationary items for the kids and it comes back as DECLINED (TWICE)

Then i call Standard Bank Costomer Service and the tell me the lady NEVER UPOADED MY PROOF OF RESIDENCE .

Go to the ATM and it says RO.OO

WHAT POOR SERVICE AND EMBARRRASMENT 

Im sitting with a card that is not working...

PLEASE ASSIST to  what i need to do or just cut up the card  coz its of  NO USE TO ME  ..
