I am trying to purchase a service online using my card and the following address keeps on showing up: “Your order had an issue being processed: The transaction has been declined because of AVS mismatch. The address provided does not match the billing address of cardholder.”

Please make sure that your address matches the one on your profile. Your account verification system failed because of address mismatch.
